Status, RERA and ownership checks
The Magnolias was completed in the early 2010s and is ready to move in. Because it was completed before RERA came into force in 2017, buyers usually rely on the occupation certificate, the conveyance deed and the society's records rather than a RERA registration. No HARERA registration was found for The Magnolias. JLL Homes shows "RERA No. RAJ/P/2018/615", which is a Rajasthan number and clearly wrong; do not use it.
